3.1 We work in the cross-border area and provide our App to our Users around the world.

If you no longer want us to use your information that we physically access and store, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account. 
4.2 However, some data may still be stored for a certain time period (but no longer than the storage purpose requires) if information is necessary to comply with legal obligation (taxation, accounting, audit) or in order to maintain safety and data backup settings, prevent fraud or other malicious acts.

5.1.1 Data Access and Portability. You can request copies of your personal information. 
5.1.2 Change or Correct Data. Where you cannot update data by yourself through your account, you have the right to ask us to correct, change, update or rectify your data. 
5.1.3 Data Retention and Deletion. The user data is generally retained for as long as your user profile is in existence or as it is needed to provide the relevant services. However, specific retention times can vary based on the context of the processing performed. You have the right to ask us to delete all or some of the personal data that is held about you. 
5.2 Restriction of Processing. Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to limit the ways in which your personal information is used.

7.1 Our App is not intended for children under the age of 16. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under 16. 9.1 According to our operational needs or the promulgation of relevant laws and regulations, we need to update or revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. These updates and amendments will also form part of this Policy and have the same effect as this Policy. When there are major changes to the terms of this Policy, for example, changes of the purpose, method and scope of personal information collection, we may remind you by means of pop-up notifications so that you can keep abreast of any changes made to this Policy, but we encourage you to revise this Policy from time to time and pay attention to the date of the latest updates indicated in the left corner on the top of the document.
